The Magic of

"Kritharoto" is one of the most delicious gourmet dishes based on kritharaki (orzo).

Its name is due to the similar method of preparation as risotto. It is cooked in a pan or pot, but instead of rice, we use kritharaki (orzo), favourite of all of us.
