HELIOS Whole Wheat Kritharaki (orzo) is produced from whole grain durum wheat semolina. It retains all the nutrients of wheat and all parts of the grain so that it has more fibre and B vitamins.

It has a low glycemic index and is richer than plain pasta in fibre and trace elements such as iron and calcium.
